Our Legal Team
Dianne joined Oast & Taylor in the spring of 2018. She provides administrative support to the legal team. She works directly with the attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials and conferences; completing many administrative tasks, including, working on individual cases or transactions. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time at the beach, biking, fishing, loves music and going to concerts, or just simply having a good time with friends and family.
Carol is a native of Norfolk and joined Oast and Taylor in 2018. Carol retired from the Virginia Community College System after 32 years, and chose to start a career as a paralegal in Estate Planning. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors, and enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her two children.
Jenna is a graduate of Old Dominion University and The National Center for Paralegal Training. Jenna joined Oast & Taylor in 2017 with over 20 years of legal experience, 13 years of which have been in Estate Planning and Long-Term Care Planning. Jenna is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Old Dominion University football.
Doris joined Oast & Taylor with more than 20 years experience in the Trusts and Estates practice area and enjoys working with her clients. She loves the outdoors, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and relaxing in her travel camper. Spending quality time with her family, including her four children, and her friends is very important.
Kirsty handles Long-Term Care Planning for Oast & Taylor.
Avery is a native of Maine and is a long-time resident of Virginia Beach. She joined Oast & Taylor is the fall of 2021. Avery is a graduate of Old Dominion University and is currently furthering her education in legal studies at the University of Richmond. She enjoys filling her spare time with sports games, traveling, and quality time with her family and friends.
Allie is a native of Virginia Beach and joined Oast & Taylor in September 2014. She handles Litigation cases for our firm. On the weekends, if she is not on the beach, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running half marathons
Stephanie joined the firm in 2019 as a legal assistant and handles litigation matters including, but not limited to, Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors grilling, listening to music, and gardening while spending time with her family and pets.
Erica is a native of Norfolk and rejoined Oast & Taylor in 2019 after a 20-year career in higher education. Erica is a graduate of Regent University, and in her free time she loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Maggie is a 2021 graduate of Washington and Lee University where she not only graduated with honors but was also a Scholar Athlete as a member of the Varsity Equestrian Team. She has interned at several law firms during her college career including Oast & Taylor, and just recently sat for the LSAT Exam. Law School is in her future plans but until then she enjoys taking care of her three dogs and spending time at the beach in her free time.

Pam is a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, and is a long time resident of Chesapeake, Virginia. She brings over 25 years of experience to Oast & Taylor. Pam is an avid sports fan who also enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Stephanie joined Oast & Taylor in the fall of 2019 as our Estates and Trust Legal Assistant. She has more than 20 years experience in the legal field. When she’s not in the office she enjoys the beach, bike rides, skiing, traveling, and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
