Our Legal Team
Dianne Booth
Dianne joined Oast & Taylor in the spring of 2018. She provides administrative support to the legal team. She works directly with the attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials and conferences; completing many administrative tasks, including, working on individual cases or transactions. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time at the beach, biking, fishing, loves music and going to concerts, or just simply having a good time with friends and family.
Carol Bruce
Carol is a native of Norfolk and joined Oast and Taylor in 2018. Carol retired from the Virginia Community College System after 32 years, and chose to start a career as a paralegal in Estate Planning. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors, and enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her two children.
Brielle Coffman
Brielle joined Oast & Taylor in 2023.
Christie Forbes
Christie returned to Oast & Taylor in January of 2023 after living in Kansas and North Carolina while working for Amazon as a Project Manager/Paralegal. Christie works in Estate Planning and has over 12 years of experience in the legal field. Her spare time is spent baking, lifting weights, watching football, and traveling to see her children and grandchildren.
Allison Foytik
Allison is a Virginia native, living in the Tidewater area for most of her life. She joined Oast & Taylor in 2023 after spending a few years in retirement following a 33-year civil service career with the Department of the Navy. In her free time, she enjoys sitting on her front porch with her husband watching the wildlife, working in the yard, reading, solving word puzzles and sudoku, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets.
Doris Hadley
Doris joined Oast & Taylor with more than 20 years experience in the Trusts and Estates practice area and enjoys working with her clients. She loves the outdoors, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and relaxing in her travel camper. Spending quality time with her family, including her four children, and her friends is very important.
Stephanie Kelly
Stephanie joined the firm in 2019 as a legal assistant and handles litigation matters including, but not limited to, Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors grilling, listening to music, and gardening while spending time with her family and pets.
Erica LeMelle
Erica is a native of Norfolk and rejoined Oast & Taylor in 2019 after a 20-year career in higher education. Erica is a graduate of Regent University, and in her free time she loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Lynette Peralta
Lynette was born in the Philippines and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She joined Oast & Taylor in the summer of 2024 as our Litigation Paralegal. She brings over 25 years of legal experience. Lynette maintains her love for the Orioles and the Ravens. She is a pastry chef and enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling and belongs to a Cigar Club.
Pam Sergent
Pam is a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, and is a long time resident of Chesapeake, Virginia. She brings over 25 years of experience to Oast & Taylor. Pam is an avid sports fan who also enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Stephanie Zongolowicz
Stephanie joined Oast & Taylor in the fall of 2019 as our Estates and Trust Legal Assistant. She has more than 20 years experience in the legal field. When she’s not in the office she enjoys the beach, bike rides, skiing, traveling, and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
