Estate Planning Attorney
Oast & Taylor has an immediate opening for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience in estate planning. In addition to drafting and reviewing estate plans, ideal candidates will have experience meeting with clients to develop their plan and be comfortable explaining different estate planning tools and strategies, including both will-based and trust-based plans. Experience with WealthCounsel is advantageous but not required.
Candidates must be admitted to the Virginia bar, but also being admitted to the North Carolina bar is a plus. Oast & Taylor offers an excellent salary and benefits package, negotiable upon experience and qualifications, with potential for professional growth within our firm.
Elder Law Attorney

Estate Administration Paralegal
Oast & Taylor is seeking a full-time Estate Administration paralegal. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in estate, trust, and conservatorship administration, including the preparation of fiduciary accountings and related filings. Experience with fiduciary income tax and estate taxation a plus. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for customer service and interaction with clients.

Long-Term Care Paralegal
Oast & Taylor is seeking a full-time Long-Term Care paralegal. Qualified candidates will have experience with the preparation of long-term care Medicaid applications, as well as knowledge of Medicaid regulations and eligibility strategies. Experience with VA Aid & Attendance benefits and estate planning is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for customer service and interaction with clients.
