Oast & Taylor is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of elder law experience, specifically in the areas of long-term care and special needs planning. Ideal candidates will also have experience with long-term care Medicaid eligibility planning. Additional areas of practice may include estate planning and estate/trust administration.

Oast & Taylor is seeking a full-time Estate Administration paralegal. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in estate, trust, and conservatorship administration, including the preparation of fiduciary accountings and related filings. Experience with fiduciary income tax and estate taxation a plus. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for customer service and interaction with clients.
