M. Bradley Brickhouse

Brad Brickhouse adds significant talent to the Oast & Taylor team and shows his commitment to our community by serving every client with a clear focus of their personal goals in mind. His areas of practice include Guardianships & Conservatorships, Estate, Trust & Fiduciary Litigation, Financial Abuse, Estate and Trust Disputes, and Will Contests.

After serving in the Chesapeake Fire Department for nearly ten years, Brad earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. He has been recognized by Virginia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Estate & Trust Litigation for the years 2015-2019. In 2018, Brad was appointed to the Economic Development Authority by the City Council of the City of Chesapeake. Brad is also heavily involved in drafting and shaping Elder Law-related legislation in the Virginia General Assembly.
